Ricky Chiu Yin-To is the CEO and founder of PHASE Scientific, a high-growth biotech company with a mission to inspire a new state of health. The company provides novel diagnostic tools and services for the early detection of cancer and infectious diseases with their proprietary technologies. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Ricky holds a Ph.D. in bioengineering from UCLA, where his research led to the invention of a revolutionary sample preparation technology. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Ricky developed a full-range of COVID-19 test products and services and is currently supporting over 30 countries in their fight against the pandemic.
