Michael Jary, is one of OC&C’s (Strategy Consultants) founders in 1987, who then served as the firm’s Worldwide Managing Partner.
Over the past 36 years Michael has served many of OC&C’s clients across the world. His core speciality has been retail and consumer brands, serving clients such as Sainsburys, Reliance Retail, Darty, Gap Inc., Google, ebay, Pret a Manger, McDonald’s, Unilever, Gucci, etc. He is also a main board director of Barclays Bank UK plc and holds multiple Non-Executive roles (Director of the UK Government; Advisor to HM King Charles III on sustainability, education and communities; Chair of the UK’s largest organic food brand Duchy Organic; Chair of Itad, a global leader in evaluating international development, Ex-chair of Fairtrade.
Michael has been a regular columnist in Retail Week for more than 20 years and a frequent speaker at World Retail Congress.
